AUSTRALIA: Flat Rate Express Parcel Post AUD$10 for orders under $100.
Orders over $100 are FREE within Australia.
NEW ZEALAND: Flat Rate Express Parcel Post AUD$20 for orders under $150.
Orders over $150 are FREE
Orders will ship within 2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will be sent an email with the Australia Post tracking number that can be used on Australia Post website to track your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, we urge you to please make careful choices when placing your order, as we generally do not accept returns and exchange, simply for change of mind. We will replace any damaged or defective items or refund your original purchase price, within 14 (business) days of delivery. Please email us at ausceuticals@gmail.com to let us know why you are unsatisfied with your purchase, and we will do whatever we can to rectify the situation.
Please return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns to be sent at the cost and risk of the sender. We do not take any responsibility for items lost in the post when being returned to us. Please send us an email, and we will notify you of the address to which items must be returned.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned products, we will process your refund or replacement within 24 hours. Once approved, monies will be refunded as per the original method of payment. Please note that Shipping fees are not refundable
